Red Flags in the Case of Gabby Petito
As more information emerges, Brian Laundrie is still being sought for questioning
I struggle to show the above picture. I struggle because it depicts a blissful relationship between Gabby Petito and her boyfriend Brian Laundrie. Yet, over the past two weeks, we have learned that there was more to the picture. Gabby’s close friend has come forward with statements that clearly show the toxicity of the couple’s relationship.
Rose Davis has stated that Gabby would often stay at her (Rose’s) home, in order to escape Brian Laundrie. Rose has said that the couple would fight to the point that Gabby needed to be somewhere away from him. We all know that couples fight and argue. But according to Rose, this seemed a bit more than just your average squabble. She has stated that there were times when she believed Gabby was holding back information. And when she pressed Gabby, according to Rose, Gabby would not go there. Rose has also stated that as part of his controlling nature, Laundrie even went so far as to hide Gabby’s ID, so that she and Rose could not go have a drink at the lounge.
