Hello S.A., I want to thank you for bring this atrocity to light. I mentioned to you in my last post that I'm a retired police detective. I worked everything from homicide, to rape and sex abuse of both adults and children, to stalkers and cat burglars. I learned long ago, that while some people can be rehabilitated, there are many who cannot. I basically blame the Japanese government for allowing this to happen. They clearly had an opportunity to intervene before Uematsu staged his war. Additionally, this is the second story of yours that shows how the healthcare system releases seriously dangerous individuals, after they are deemed "cured". This has allowed them to act again in a tragic way that could have been prevented if the healthcare system would have taken it more seriously. In my opinion, the only way these things will change, are if more people around the world get a view of what is happening in Japan, and begin to put pressure on the government to alter their views on this. Hope my comments make sense, and thank you for bringing this to light. Great (but very sad) read.
