Cases like this make me crazy, Rivy. There was no reason for the judge to not take heed of Christie's concerns.

It amazes me that we still underestimate the dangers of mental health, among those who stalk, attack, etc. Once the courts were aware of the previous attack on Christie, there should have been no question that this guy should stay incarcerated.

We've come a long way in understanding the problems associated with mental health, but we still have so far to go.
